Service Description
Heart Meditation awakens and aligns the interconnected system of the heart, mind and body through breath, renewal, and a sense of spiritual well-being. HeartMath certified coach, Megan Glover's fluid and tuned-in tone gives a sense of stability and a safe space for her students. Her meditations easily blend into daily life that builds resilience against challenging situations. This 1-hour class is divided into 2 parts (because who can sit for 1 hour!?) The first 30 minutes are focused on energy management. You will learn easy to use, science-based Coherence building techniques that create self-connection, emotional balance and mental clarity. This will also be a time for practicing self-awareness as you explore what energy drains need attending to. What you discover will be your focus for part 2 of the class. The second half is a guided meditation as you choose your most comfortable posture whether that is sitting or laying down to bring you comfort, peacefulness and recharge. *Wear comfortable clothing.
