Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga focused on deep rest and relaxation. Instead of flowing through active poses, you hold simple, supported postures (using props like bolsters, blankets, or blocks) for several minutes at a time.

The goal isn’t stretching or building strength — it’s calming your nervous system, reducing stress, and allowing the body to release tension. Think of it as yoga for rest, healing, and renewal.
