Join Megan Glover for morning Heart Meditation at Helia—a relaxed, 60‑minute gathering that’s anything but “sit silently for an hour.” We’ll flow through:
Guided meditation (10–15 minutes) to help you settle in and release tension
Self‑inquiry prompts in short bursts—no marathon sessions, just gentle reflection on what your heart truly needs
A morning “lesson”—a few minutes of practical insight or an uplifting affirmation to carry with you
Plenty of resting space between each segment to stretch, reflect, or simply breathe
Whether you’ve only got 10 minutes of focus or you love deeper dives, this class adapts to your rhythm. Cozy cushions, soft lighting, and Megan’s warm guidance make every moment feel grounding—not overwhelming.
Sundays at 9:30-10:30 a.m. Drop‑ins welcome.
Heart Meditation

Resonance Reset is a restorative sound experience designed to regulate the nervous system and restore vibrational alignment. Through the healing tones of our voices, alchemical crystal bowls immersion and intentional stillness, we invite the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and energy return to its natural rhythm. Let's help recalibrate your internal systems—supporting the body's rest and alignment—so you leave feeling renewed, grounded, and in tune.
