Ang Baker is a dedicated yoga student and instructor (RYT 200) with a foundational certification in Sound Bath Practice and currently pursuing her Professional Sound Bath Facilitator certification. Her journey with yoga and meditation began in 2004 and has remained a sacred and grounding part of her daily life ever since.

In 2024, Ang fulfilled a long-held dream by enrolling in a transformative 200-hour teacher training program. She is deeply grateful for the inspiring teachers, fellow students, and the vibrant community that emerged from that experience—one that continues to grow and evolve.

Ang holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Her teaching style is rooted in slow flow and restorative asana, thoughtfully integrating adaptive and trauma-informed elements into each session. She is especially passionate about yogic philosophy and embraces all eight limbs of yoga in her practice and teaching.

Ang’s mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where individuals feel empowered, supported, and part of a nurturing community:

"I define beauty as radiance that emanates from within. The inner world, kindness, compassion, joy, dreams, friendship, laughter, even sadness or more complex emotions and the lessons we learn from them that help us grow. The experience of being human. I also think that beauty always shines wherever there is love.

My work at Helia is meaningful to me and my clients by being able to building trust and meaningful relationships, work on accomplishing goals together, and have a space to just be, as you are."
